As introduced, Bill 26-279 would create a new medical cannabis retailer craft preparation endorsement. It would also establish specific requirements that must be satisfied for the Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Board to approve and issue a craft preparation endorsement to the holder of a medical cannabis retailer license.
