As introduced, Bill 26-483 would establish a home trash shed incentive program for the safe storage of trash receptacles. It would require replacing public trash cans that are in disrepair with better-sealed, censored trash cans. It would also revive the Trash Compactor Tax Incentive Amendment Act of 2014.
