As introduced Bill 26-51 would establish the Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Board and the Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration. It would also establish a Cannabis Regulation Division and a Cannabis Advisory Committee. It would prohibit the sale of cannabis or cannabis products without a license and prohibit exchanges of cannabis for purchasing another item. It also establishes guidelines for Social Equity Applicants and a Community Reinvestment Fund, Program and Board, among other things.
