As introduced, bill 26-59 would change the definition of a Special Tree and increase the fee for removal of Special Trees. It establishes a fee for the removal of Heritage Trees, and limits the use of the Tree Fund for plantings on public property. FISCAL NOTE - This bill is Subject to Appropriations.
