As introduced, Bill 26-65 would require the Department of Energy and the Environment publish a feasibility study regarding the installation of solar canopies in the District. It requires funding for the installation of solar canopies in the capital Improvement plan. It also authorizes the Department Energy and the Environment to issue grants to support the installation of solar canopies.
