Requiring physicians, osteopathic physicians, and advanced practice registered nurses, respectively, to report certain information to the Parkinson's disease registry; providing limited liability for physicians and advanced practice registered nurses under certain circumstances; revising the membership of the Parkinson's Disease Research Board; requiring the Institute for Parkinson's Disease at the University of South Florida, subject to appropriation, to establish and maintain a statewide Parkinson's disease registry for specified purposes, etc.
