A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 88 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to enterprise zones, so as to revise the class of retailer from which fees may be collected; to revise the period of existence of enterprise zones; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
