Amends the Prevailing Wage Act. Provides that all moneys owed to the Department of Labor under the Act shall be remitted to the Employee Classification Fund. Amends the Employee Classification Act. Provides that moneys in the Employee Classification Fund shall be used, subject to appropriation by the General Assembly, by the Department for administration, investigation, outreach, and educational activities related to the Act and the Prevailing Wage Act and other expenses incurred in carrying out its powers and duties under the Act and the Prevailing Wage Act. Makes conforming changes.
