Directs the Professional Review Panel (PRP) and the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) to conduct the analysis and financial modeling required to evaluate the current, likely, and potential impacts of artificial intelligence and related technologies on the cost factors within the evidence-based funding model. Directs PRP and the ISBE to submit their findings in a written report to the General Assembly and Governor by December 31, 2027.
