Declares September 15, 2025 through October 15, 2025 as Hispanic Heritage Month in the State of Illinois. Recognizes the resounding strength and success of the Hispanic-American community. Honors their tremendous contributions to our culture, economy, and future. Encourages all residents to participate in activities, ceremonies, and educational programs that honor the achievements and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans.
