Reinserts the provisions of the engrossed bill with the following changes. Removes the Governor as a member of the Climate Displacement Task Force Act. Provides that the members of the Task Force shall serve without compensation. Provides for the dissolution of the Task Force. Repeals the Act on December 31, 2028. Effective immediately.
