Appropriates $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to Treatment Alternatives for Stronger Communities (TASC) to support pursuit of certification as a Comprehensive Community Mental Health Center beginning with the TASC offices in Rockford and Peoria.
