Reinserts the provisions of the engrossed bill with the following changes. Provides that a sublease or license under the provisions shall expire after 15 years (rather than 40 years in the engrossed bill) or upon the expiration of the contract between the forest preserve district and the zoological society, including renewal terms, whichever occurs first. Effective immediately.
