Missouri Senate Bill 1249: SCS/SB 1249 - This act provides that the Director of the Department of Public Safety shall have cause to deny any application for a peace officer license or entrance into a basic training course when the applicant previously had a peace officer license or certification revoked or surrendered or when the applicant is not a citizen of the United States.
