Missouri Senate Bill 1422: SB 1422 - This act renames the "Missouri Wine and Grape Board" to the "Missouri Wine, Grape, and Spirits Board". The act modifies the membership requirements and duties of the Board, as described in the act. The act provides that moneys credited to both the Agriculture Business Development Fund and the Missouri Wine and Grape Fund shall be used for the employment of experts in the field of distillation as deemed necessary. Beginning August 28, 2026, all moneys collected by the Board shall be deposited into the Missouri Wine and Grape Fund. JULIA SHEVELEVA
