Missouri Senate Bill 1726: SB 1726 - Under current law, a "child" for the purposes of an order of protection is a person under 17 years of age. This act modifies that definition so that a "child" is a person under 18 years of age. This act is identical to HB 2458 (2026). SARAH HASKINS
