Missouri Senate Bill 1806: SB 1806 - Under this act, the regulation of the manufacture, distribution, sale, offering for sale, and possession for sale of intoxicating liquor in original packages, including small liquor bottles, is a matter of statewide concern and shall be governed exclusively by state law, as described in the act. Any ordinance, regulation, or policy in effect on or after August 28, 2026, that conflicts with this act shall be void and unenforceable. Aggrieved persons may have a civil cause of action for declaratory or injunctive relief under this act. The Attorney General may bring an action to enforce this act. SARAH HASKINS
