An Act To Provide For A Special Election To Be Held In The North Tippah School District On The Question Of The Closing Of Falkner Attendance Center; To Provide That The Special Election Shall Be Held At The Same Time And In The Same Manner As The General Election Held On November 3, 2026; To Provide That If A Majority Of The Qualified Electors Vote "no" On The Question, Then The Board Of Education Of The North Tippah School District Shall Not Close Falkner Attendance Center, And Shall Not Propose To Close Falkner Attendance Center At Any Time During The Next Eight School Years; To Amend Section 37-65-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Provision; And For Related Purposes.
