An Act To Amend Section 43-17-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Direct The Department Of Human Services To Transfer To The Child Care And Development Fund (ccdf) Each Fiscal Year The First $40,000,000.00 Of Any Unspent, Uncommitted Temporary Assistance For Needy Families (tanf) Funds Remaining From The Prior Fiscal Year, To Be Used For Vouchers To Pay For Child Care For Qualifying Children Under The Child Care Payment Program (ccpp); And For Related Purposes.
