An Act To Amend Section 49-7-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Classify As Game Fish Freshwater Fish In The Catfish Family Taken In The Mississippi River; To Amend Section 49-7-9.1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform; To Direct The Mississippi Commission On Wildlife, Fisheries And Parks, Acting By And Through The Mississippi Department Of Wildlife, Fisheries And Parks To Regulate The Taking Of Such Catfish; To Require Any Rules Or Regulations Promulgated To Include Reasonable Daily Harvest And Length Limits, And To Prohibit A Person From Harvesting More Than One Catfish Greater Than 34 Inches In Length From The Mississippi River Per Day; And For Related Purposes.
