New York Assembly Bill 10229: Directs the division of housing and community renewal shall conduct a study on the demographics of tenants living in rent-stabilized apartments in Nassau, Rockland, and Westchester Counties, and in the City of Kingston; provides for the repeal of such provisions upon the expiration thereof.
