New York Senate Bill 5891: Establishes a temporary blue ribbon commission to study bail and the bail industry; requires an interim report be issued one year after the effective date of this act including the commission's findings, conclusions and recommendations, and a final report of the same shall be issued two years after the effective date of this act including legislative proposals as it deems necessary to implement such recommendations.
