Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 24-21-490, Relating To Collection And Distribution Of An Offender's Restitution, So As To Provide The Department Of Probation, Parole And Pardon Services Shall Consider An Offender's Ability To Make Restitution When It Determines The Amount Of His Monthly Payment.
