Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 59-5-66 So As To Require The Board Of Education To Establish A Method To Track Parental Involvement With A Student's Education Who Is Enrolled In Public School, And To Provide For Certain Additional Requirements And Reports Related To Parental Involvement And A Student's Education.
