Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 2-1-260 So As To Provide That No Member Of The South Carolina House Of Representatives Or The South Carolina Senate May Serve More Than Twelve Years In The General Assembly; By Adding Section 2-1-270 So As To Increase The Amount Of In-distrct Compensation Of Members Of The General Assembly To Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars.
