Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 17-5-130, Relating To Coroner Qualifications, So As To Delete The Provision Requiring A Person Seeking The Office Of Coroner To Be A Resident Of The County For At Least One Year And Provide The Person Is Required To Be A Resident Of The County At The Time Of Filing For The Office Of Coroner.
