Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 44-1-320 So As To Require The Department Of Public Health, In Collaboration With The Office Of The State Fire Marshal, To Establish And Administer A Statewide Firefighter Occupational Health Program To Test For Certain Carcinogenic Substances And To Provide Health And Cancer Screenings, All At No Charge, To Firefighters; And For Other Purposes.
