Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 56-1-180, Relating To Special Restricted Driver's Licenses, So As To Provide That A Minor With A Special Restricted Driver's License May Not Operate A Vehicle Between Midnight And Five O'clock A.m. Unless Accompanied By A Licensed Driver.
