Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 59-40-53 So As To Establish A Separate State Championship Bracket For Charter Schools In Interscholastic Athletics And To Provide Postseason Ranking, Seeding, And Eligibility Procedures; And By Amending Section 59-40-50, Relating To Requirements For Charter Schools, So As To Make A Conforming Change.
