Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Chapter 36 To Title 56 So As To Define Certain Terms, To Establish Guidelines For The Operation Of Peer-to-peer Car Sharing Programs, And To Establish Insurance And Liability Procedures; And To Provide The Department Of Insurance Shall Promulgate Regulations To Implement The Provisions Of This Act. - Ratified Title
