Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 56-5-3910 So As To Provide That It Is Unlawful For A Person To Smoke A Tobacco Product In A Motor Vehicle In Which There Is A Twelve-year-old Or Younger Passenger And To Provide For A Penalty.
