As enacted, specifies that if the occupant of a self-service storage facility does not sign a written rental agreement revision and continues to use the facility for not less than 30 days from the date of receipt of the agreement, then the occupant is considered to have accepted the rental agreement revision; makes other changes related to self-service storage facilities. - Amends TCA Title 66, Chapter 31.
