What it does

Proposes additional language in Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution of Tennessee requiring the General Assembly to establish congressional districts after each decennial census made by the Bureau of Census of the United States is available and prohibiting changes to the congressional districts between decennial censuses unless necessary to remedy a specific violation of the Constitution of the United States or the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
