As introduced, requires the department to prohibit the sale of a food product that includes certain chemical ingredients, unless it has a warning label, if the FDA requires the ingredient to be disclosed and the food product is intended to be consumed by humans. - Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 18 and Title 53.
