Directs the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to analyze and make recommendations on the oversight and accountability of group homes and to submit a report of its findings and recommendations to the Chairs of the House Committee on Health and Human Services and the Senate Committee on Education and Health by November 1, 2026.
