The purpose of this bill is to create the Agricultural Right to Repair Act. The bill promotes farmer repair choice and competition by requiring manufacturers of agriculture equipment to make available to owners and independent repair providers, on fair and reasonable terms, the documentation, parts, and tools used to diagnose, maintain, and repair such equipment.
