West Virginia Senate Bill 136: Providing reports to DMV on mental and physical disabilities for driver's license

What it does

The purpose of this bill is to provide reports on mental or physical disabilities, or disorders, to the Division of Motor Vehicles to determine an individual's medical competency to retain their driver's license. The bill also provides that this section shall be known as "McKayla, Miranda and Philip's Law".
