The purpose of this bill is to regulate intoxicating, nicotine and controlled retail products. The bill creates The Intoxicating and Nicotine Retail Licensing and Public Safety Act; and creates within the Alcohol Beverage Control Administration the Division of Regulated Products & Retail Compliance.
