The purpose of this bill is to set statewide minimum standards for installation, operation, and enforcement of outdoor wood-burning and coal-burning appliances; provide rulemaking authority to the Department of Environmental Protection; establish enforcement mechanisms, penalties, and reporting requirements; and provide an effective date.
