The purpose of this bill is to implement certain ethics reforms at the Public Service Commission of West Virginia. The bill requires financial disclosures made by commission members to be made available online; requires commission members to act in furtherance of the public interest; repeals certain inoperative sections of code; revises ethical criteria for commission membership and employment; and applies the code of judicial ethics to commission members.
