The purpose of this bill is to create the Second Amendment Preservation Act. The bill states a short title; provides legislative findings; prohibits regulation of intrastate firearm sales and transfers; provides for civil and criminal penalties; authorizes Attorney General to defend and prosecute; and addresses sovereign immunity.
