The purpose of this bill is to provide teachers a $10,000 pay raise across five years, with a $2,000 raise to be provided in each school year beginning with the 2026-2027 school year and ending with the 2030-2031 school year, and to provide service personnel with a 25% raise across five years, with a five percent raise to be provided in each school year beginning with the 2026-2027 school year and ending with the 2030-2031 school year.
